- Functional Technical Business Analyst
This is a customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and vendors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, assess technical designs, and ensure high-quality delivery into production.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong capabilities across Functional Specifications & Non-Functional Requirements
- Highly developed skills in facilitating requirements gathering activities (e.g. workshops), analysis and the ability to extract requirements from both business and users
- Proven experience working within complex application landscapes supporting core business functions.
- Partner with the IT business engagement team to scope, define, and prioritise application enhancements.
- Excellent Excel and SQL skills.
- Understand technical design and assess impacts of new technologies on existing applications and services.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate into functional and technical requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
