About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, your focus will be winning new client partnerships by showcasing JBIT’s expertise and service offering. Working closely with our internal team, you’ll identify opportunities, develop strategies, and build strong relationships to grow our presence in key markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Present and promote JBIT’s recruitment and workforce solutions
- Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of client prospects
