This role is responsible for delivering deskside and EUC services with a strong focus on communication, responsiveness and customer service excellence.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Proven experience delivering EUC / deskside / onsite IT support services
- Strong collaboration skills working with Service Desk teams, vendors and managed service providers
- ITIL Certification (desirable)
- Strong and up to date technical knowledge of a broad range of EUC technologies and platforms, including Microsoft M365, Intune etc.
- Proven success identifying and initiating activities that support continuous improvement.
- Manage hardware setup, device provisioning and operating system/software updates
- Provide first and second level hands on and remote EUC technical support to our client’s internal customers and partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and M365-related issues
- Communicate clearly and proactively about service changes, outages and maintenance activities
