IT Customer Experience Senior Administrator

This role is responsible for delivering deskside and EUC services with a strong focus on communication, responsiveness and customer service excellence.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience delivering EUC / deskside / onsite IT support services
  • Strong collaboration skills working with Service Desk teams, vendors and managed service providers
  • ITIL Certification (desirable)
  • Strong and up to date technical knowledge of a broad range of EUC technologies and platforms, including Microsoft M365, Intune etc.
  • Proven success identifying and initiating activities that support continuous improvement.
  • Manage hardware setup, device provisioning and operating system/software updates
  • Provide first and second level hands on and remote EUC technical support to our client’s internal customers and partners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and M365-related issues
  • Communicate clearly and proactively about service changes, outages and maintenance activities
